Approval of the AUDITOR Conformity Assessment Scheme
The conformity assessment scheme for data protection certification pursuant to Article 42 of the GDPR, developed as part of the AUDITOR research scheme for cloud providers, was officially approved by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) in version 1.00 on March 8, 2024, after a thorough review.
Approval of the AUDITOR criteria catalog
The criteria catalog for the AUDITOR (GDPR CC) data protection certification, also developed as part of the AUDITOR research scheme, was approved on June 28, 2024, in version 1.0 dated June 5, 2024, following a comprehensive review by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the responsible data protection supervisory authority, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
