Our accreditations and authorizations
To demonstrate the functionality of the certification system and our competence as a certification body, we are accredited or recognized by independent domestic bodies.
We are accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) for the certification of management systems according to the international standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021-1 “Conformity assessment – Requirements for bodies providing audits and certification for management systems” (accreditation number: D-ZM-16030-02-00). The scope of our accreditation (current information security management systems according to ISO/IEC 27001 and anti-bribery management systems according to DIN ISO 37001) can be found here.
We are also accredited as a certification body according to the international standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065 “Conformity assessment – Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services” (accreditation number: D-ZE-16030-01-00). The scope of our accreditation (currently Data Protection Certifications AUDITOR (GDPR CC)). Impartiality
The certification body of PwC Certification Services GmbH offers interested organizations in the auditing, assessment, and certification of management systems and services. Certified organizations can thus provide proof of compliance with the documented requirements of specified standards, regulations, and other specifications through a neutral certification body.
As an accredited certification body, the top management of the certification body PwC Certification Services GmbH is committed to strict impartiality in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021-1 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065.
